Sinan has assisted clients in commercial, employment, and tort disputes, and has trial experience in both civil and criminal matters. He has extensive experience with all facets of litigation, from the initial stages through discovery, trial, and appeal. Prior to joining Trivedi & Khan, Sinan worked as a prosecutor for the State’s Attorney’s Office, as a trial attorney for a large transportation agency, and as an in-house attorney for the Illinois Department of Transportation.
Sinan received his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, in Political Science and History. He earned his law degree in 2011 from Washington University in St. Louis, where he was an editor of the Washington University Global Studies Law Review, and a member of the Student Bar Association. While studying law, Sinan also interned with the Better Business Bureau, State’s Attorney’s Office, and Land of Lincoln Legal Assistance Foundation.
